How do we work?
Every engagement starts with a consultation and is agreed in writing before work begins. It's led by our founder or by a senior member of the team under his direction. The team carries out the hands-on work at a lower rate than Matthew's own time, and Matthew reviews every deliverable before it reaches you.
We lead through servant leadership, accountability and transparency. Every priority has a clear owner, a goal and a review date, and owners and boards see what we see.
